Search entries
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Gentry County Busted Mugshots does not keep a separate log of those query terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you send an email or a message through a contact method, we may retain the information needed to read it, respond, and maintain the exchange. We do not share message content outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Information
Like most websites, the site and its service providers may receive routine technical information when a page is loaded. This can include:

- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent on them;
- the referring site, when one is supplied; and

Advertising partners may collect activity across websites on their own systems to provide interest-based advertising. That activity is governed by the partner's policies, not this notice.
Who May Receive Data
We do not sell personal information. Information may be provided to the following parties when needed for the stated purpose:
- search partners that process a submitted query;
- analytics providers that help measure site use;
- advertising networks that serve or measure advertising; and
- law enforcement or another government body when a valid legal order requires disclosure.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small reference site. No internet-connected service can promise complete security, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, altered, or lost.
